Delivery & Collection
We are located in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Although we do offer a delivery and collection service, we hold the right to refuse this service depending on distance from our location. Generally, our service boundary remains within the western suburbs, however we are not limited to those boundaries. If our delivery and collection is not available, customers will always be offered the opportunity to collect and return the items themselves.
Privacy
‘The Little Things - Kids Party Hire’, hold a very strict privacy policy. Any information obtained will never be passed onto or sold to a third-party organization.
Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Full payment must be made to ‘The Little Things - Kids Party Hire’, before items can be handed over. Bank transfers must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to handover. If a customer wishes to pay on receival of goods, payment in cash is required as NO eftpos facility is currently available.
A Bond will also be required for each booking. This amount will be specified when the booking is being arranged. When the items are returned and are in the same condition as when they were handed over the bond will be returned in full. Otherwise the bond will be withheld. If multiple items are damaged or missing to a value greater than the bond amount, than the total cost of replacing those items will be forwarded onto the hirer.
All hired items will always remain the property of ‘The Little Things - Kids Party Hire’. Failure in returning all items will result in the appropriate authorities being notified.
Product Quality and Safety
‘The Little Things - Kids Party Hire’, provide general maintenance on all our products after each use, to ensure items are clean and ready for the next booking. However, customers are to check products are to their satisfaction before receiving the items.
All Chairs provided are strictly for children use only and are not designed for adults or older teens. Children using these items must always be supervised by parents, guardians or caregivers, to ensure no child is injured during the use of the items provided. ‘The Little Things – Kids Party Hire’, will not be held responsible in any way for any injuries or damages incurred while our products are being used by people who hired them or people attending the event of the hirer. If a customer who pre-paid for their booking prior to receiving the items decide they no longer wish to go ahead with the booking after viewing the items then a full refund will be returned to them.
